Pre-Order Merchandise

The items on-sale as part of the 'Greatest Hits' Collection are pre-order items. Merch orders are expected to ship 4 weeks from placing your order. 

Deliveries will arrive with you 3-14 days after shipping depending on the shipping options chosen at checkout.

*Orders will ship together when the last pre-order item ships. Please make a separate order if you wish to receive non pre-order items before the pre-order ship date.*


Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, we can ship worldwide. All shipping is calculated at checkout so just select your address and this will be calculated automatically.

My merchandise was damaged when I received it, what do I do?
Defective or damaged items may be refunded or exchanged and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us using the contact form, to report a defective or damaged item. 

What if an item is out of stock or the shipping address is incorrect?
If there is an issue with your order, such as an item is out of stock or if the shipping address is incorrect we will reach out to you via email for additional information. However, if we do not hear back from you within 30 business days, we will cancel your order.

Can I cancel my order?
Please contact us through the contact form and we will be happy to cancel your order if it has not already processed or shipped. We are unable to cancel orders which are in the final stages of processing or which have already shipped. Please note that online order status is approximate and may not reflect recent shipment activity.
